Materials are not permeant; they break down and change through a number of different processes.

The project ” Return/Return ” works with the idea of and a fascination of materials and their ability to dissolve and change, that materials have a certain “form” for a time and that they are part of a series of technical and biological cycles and processes of change.

I am fascinated by the processes of composting and erosion, where water, air, cold-heat, bacteria, fungi and microorganisms set in motion a series of processes that, from a few days to hundreds of thousands of years, transform materials from one thing to another.

The objects are visually inspired by the first bacteria and fungi that arise in composting processes.
